  • The third dose should be 5 mg base per kg 18 hours after the second dose.
  • The fourth dose should be 5 mg base per kg 24 hours after the third dose.

Common Side Effects

The most common side effects of hydroxychloroquine sulfate drugs are abnormal eye pigmentation, vision problems, and involuntary eyeball movement.

Rare Side Effects
